Ingredients

Carrot and Ginger soup B Blood type

  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 heaped tbsp Ghee
  • 160 g brown onion, Cut in quarters
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 cm fresh ginger, Sliced
  • 900 g carrots, Peeled cut into 5cm pieces
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 level tablespoons stock paste
  • 1 level teaspoon lemon zest, grated
  • 900 g water, warm

Recipe's preparation

    Make Brazilian Cheese puffs first to serve warm with this soup!
  1. Boil your kettle, Add lemon peel to bowl if not already zested chop 15 seconds speed 10, scrape down the bowl.
  2. Add onion, garlic and ginger to bowl chop 5 seconds speed 7
  3. Add olive oil and ghee cook 4 minutes varoma speed 2 with simmering basket instead of MC
  4. Add carrots to bowl, chop 10 seconds speed 5
    cook 4 minutes varoma temp speed 2
  5. Add water, stock paste and salt cook 20 minutes, varoma, speed 2 with simmering basket on lid instead of MC
  6. Add measuring cup. Blend"Blend" 30 seconds.

    serve with crusty bread or brazillian cheese puffs!

Tip

Make brazillian cheese puffs first, they are cooked by the time the soup is ready!
