- 1/4 teaspoons pink salt
- 20 gram honey
- 50 gram coconut oil

- Grease and line a biscuit or lamington tray with baking paper.
- Place nuts into the TM bowl and grind for 8 seconds on speed 7. Set aside.
- Place dates, coconut,cocoa, salt and honey into TM bowl and chop for 30 seconds on speed 7.
- Return nut meal to the TM bowl, add the melted coconut oil and mix for 20 seconds on speed 5 or until mixture has a shiny appearance.
- Empty the mixture into the prepared tray and press down firmly to create a flat surface. Using a snarp knife, score lines one way and then the other, to create eating size squares. Decorate if desired with drizzled dark chocolate or with a nut or piece of dried fruit, or leave plain. Refrigerate. When solid remove from the tray and cut through or break into squares. Store in the fridge.
