Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Grease two 12-hole round-base patty pans.
With the lid on the bowl, place a dish ontop of the bowl and activate the scales.
Weigh in the icing sugar and cornflour. Lightly mix this together with a fork. Set aside.
Insert Butterfly into mixing bowl. Add eggs into mixing bowl & beat 3 minute/Speed 4. Eggs should be thick and creamy.
With MC removed, take 1 minute to slowly add the sugar/cornflour mixture through the hole in lid with the blades still moving on Speed 4. After a minute or so you should have a cake batter.

Bake cakes for about 10 minutes in the oven. Turn cakes out immediately onto baking-paper-covered wire racks by tapping pans upside-down firmly on the bench to release the cakes; cool.Clean & dry bowl. Insert Butterfly. Add butter and icing sugar to mixing bowl and cream together until as white as possible, approximately 2 minutes/Speed 3.
Add in passionfruit pulp & mix 10 seconds/Speed 4.Spread passionfruit filling onto one cold kiss . Sandwich cold kisses together with passionfruit filling. Serve dusted with sifted icing sugar.
