Ingredients
Slice Base
- 1 package Nice biscuits
- 150 g Butter
Slice Top
- 80 g Shredded coconut
- 160 g choc chips
- 120 g pecans
- 1 can condensed milk
Decorate
- Ice Magic, or melted chocolate

Pre Heat Oven to 150 Degrees
1. Melt Butter 40 seconds / 50 Degrees / Speed 4
2. Add Nice Biscuits and combine together for 15 seconds / speed 5/6
repeat if needed.
3. Press into slice tin.
4. Add coconut, choc chips and pecans into mixing bowl and combine for 4 seconds speed 6 (or desired consistancy)
5. Place into slice tin on top of base.
6. Pour over condensed milk, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
7. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, until coconut just starts to go brown.
8. Once slice is cooked and cooled, drizzle over ice magic or melted chocolate and serve.
Pecan & Choc Chip Slice
Tip
to melt chocolate
place 400g dark/ milk Chocolate into Thermomix bowl and grate 10seconds / speed 9
then melt chocolate 2.5 - 5 minutes / 50 degrees / speed 3
