Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Mill Sugar 10sec/Speed 10

    2. Add Lemon, Banana peeled, Kiwi fruit peeled and blend 10sec/speed 5

    3. Add ice and blend 1min 30 sec/speed 9 with the aid of spatula

    4. tip sorbet into a bowl or thermoserver

    Great way to use up old bananas or kiwis. The lemon made this really refreshing. I had extra bananas that were really ripe so used half the sugar and it was still quite sweet. Yum!

    Refreshing taste

    This sorbet was very nice after my Thai menu i cooked for friends at a dinner party i hosted at home, it was quick, easy and can be prepared way in advance so that you can spend more time with your dinner guests at the table tmrc_emoticons.;)  I served it in wine glasses with a slice of Kiwi on the edge of each glass

    Really nice sorbet, I used 50g of sugar.
