- 100 g Butter
- 60 g raw sugar
- 30 g honey
- 150 g Cornflakes

- Preheat your oven to 160deg & arrange Silicone Mini Loaf pans
- Weight butter, honey & sugar all into your bowl. Cook for 2mins 30s at 90deg on speed 3
- Add cornflakes and mix on 'Reverse Blade' for 20 seconds on speed 2.
- Divide between Mini Loaf trays & bake in oven for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool & enjoy

Store in an airtight container to ensure freshness - if they last that long!!

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
