- 115 grams Butter
- 2 pieces eggs
- 100 grams sugar
- 4 level teaspoons vanilla essence
- 210 grams self-raising flour
- 250 grams Milk
- 400 grams golden syrup

- 1) Add sugar to the THX Bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 9. Let the sugar settle for a few seconds before lifting the lid.
2) Remove Measuring Cup and Lid and scrap down the sides of the THX Bowl.
3) Add butter mix for 15 sec/speed 8 until soft.
4) Insert the Butterfly Whisk and beat butter and sugar for 2 min/speed 3.
5) Remove lid and scrap down the sides of the THX Bowl.
6) Mix again 1 min/speed 3 until creamy
7) Add eggs, vanilla essence, flour and milk. Mix for 10 sec/speed 5. Remove the Lid and scrape down the sides of the THX Bowl.Mix for another 10 sec/speed 5 until smooth.
9) Grease Steam Pudding Bowl with butter
