I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Pre-heat oven to 190C
2. Line a cookie tray with baking paper. Place the 36 squares of Salada crackers -- you might need more (or less, depending on the size of the tray), but they should be a snug fit.
3. Butter + sugar in bowl. Varoma / 15 minutes / Speed 3.
4. Pour toffee syrup over the Saladas, bake for 10 minutes. The mixture should be bubbling all over.
5. Sprinkle with choc melts. When they soften, spead the choc evenly and sprinkle with nuts.
6. Refrigerate at least one hour before cracking into portions.

Wowzers, this is amazing and so easy! I tried 1/2 half with the saladas and 1/2 with the pretzels (as someone commented) then 1/2 with the crushed nuts and 1/2 with salt. I put it back in the oven after putting on the melts as it set fairly quick. Personally I liked the salada side better with either the nuts or the salt. This would be awesome just broken up on a platter to share with friends and a cuppa. Thanks for the recipe.
Yum! I've been looking for a Thermomix version of the popular Caramel Pretzel Bark and this has the exact same ingrediants, except for the saladas and the nuts on top. I made it with pretzels instead of saladas and no nuts on top, just a sprinkling of sea salt and it turned out great! Caramel Pretzel Bark without the many stove top fails!
Absolutely deliciou!!!! So easy to make
Easy to make and tastes great
