Ingredients

  • 300 ml water
  • 1 Table sppon oil
  • 500 grams baker white flour
  • 11/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 tsp Natural improver
  • 11/2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Add water into mixing bowl and heat for 2 minutes/37 degrees/speed 1.

    2. Add ingredients in this order. Oil, 500grams bakers flour, salt,sugar, chia seeds, Natural improver and yeast last it should be on top of all the ingredients. Mix 6 seconds/speed 6.

    3. Then knead 3 minute intervals/ /I do this twice.

    4. Your dough should spring back when you touch it if not knead again.

    5. Remove dough from ixing bowl and rest on thermo mat for 10 minutes.

    6. Meanwhile oil a sandwich loaf tin with a brush including all sides and the underside of the lid.

    7. Divide dough in half and place each potion at each side of your sandwich loaf tin. And slide lid closed to 3/4 of the way. Your dough needs to double in size.

    8. Bake in your pre heated oven on 220 degrees for 30 minutes.

    9. 5 mintues before pull bread out and slide lid off the top so you to allow the steam out.

    10. If bread is too light in colour and appears not cooked continue in 5 mintue intervals.

    11. cool on a cooling rack and store in a bread container or air tight container.

    12. Bread last up to 4 days however my kids love it so it doesn't last that long.

     

     

Tip

I purchased my tin from " All About Breads" in Perth Western Australia and buy all my flours from there.

The natural improver/ yeast is also from there.

Make sure you clearly follow my order yeast should always go in last.

Make sure you really oil your tin even the underneath part and sides.

    This is a fantastic loaf! My first one was perfect and I just mixed up another this morning. I don't use bread improver so I skipped that ingredient. It is also a perfect toasting bread
