    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Thank you for sharing this recipe. By far the closest recipe to bread I have tried. No eggy taste and delicious. Had a little trouble incorporating the ingredients and needed to mix it longer.

Fantastic. Thank you!! I did mine in the Airfryer and only took 30 minutes. So light and fluffy too! Smile

Jentro:The same thing happened to me and I stirred them then did another 30 sec on dough mode

Hi. I'm sorry I must have been doing something wrong. Stirring for only 30 secs in thermo (I have TM6) didn't incorporate all ingredients together, especially the egg white. So I kept going at short intervals but keeping in mind 'dont over stir' I was still left with clumps of mixture not fully mixed. Anyway I baked and they rose beautifully, looked delicious but unfortunately hollow inside. Any suggestions?

Can anyone tell me if you can double this and still get the same result? I’m baking them for a dinner party, but am worried that I’ll lose the consistency if I double the portions
