- You can fill them before steaming with your favourite fillings, e.g. chashiu (BBQ pork), custard, chocolate, nutella, kaya (coconut jam), or just dip/spread after steaming;
- You can also steam you mantou buns while cooking something in the TM bowl;
- You can even fry them (after they have been steamed) and dip into condensed milk =D

Blood: it could be due to many factors (e.g. dough didn't rise enough, too much kneading when shaping, etc), hope you can try again and let me know how it goes!
I'm not sure what I did. I followed the recipe except that I may have proved it for longer than 1-hour . It turned out a bit tough, chewy and dense. Not pillowy soft like the usual mantou. Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks
On The Point:Thanks On The Point =)
Emlay:So glad to hear that Emlay, sounds delicious!!!!
