  • 500 g white beans, eg: Butter Beans
  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • 300 g pitted dates
  • 4 Stevia Packs, 0r 4 tbs sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Bi Carb Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetend Apple Sauce, (I just blitzed a small tin of pie apples)
  • 2/3 Cup Milk, Skinny is fine
  • 3 tbsp oil, veg, canola or coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup choc chips

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180, grease a large round cake tin.

    Combine all dry ingredients except choc chips in a bowl.

    Combine all wet ingredients in anoher bowl.

    Combine 1/2 the dry and 1/2 the wet ingredients in TMX bowl,  Speed 10, 1 minute.

    After 1 minute scrape down sides, then speed 10, 1 minute. Check that ingredients are absolutely smooth, if not, a couple of turbo presses on 1 second each will work. Scrape down sides if necessary.

    Put the mixture to the side, and repeat in TMX bowl with other 1/2 of ingredients. 

    Combine all ingredients back in TMX bowl and add choc chips, 20-30 seconds Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 will combine the choc chips nicely.

    Scrape into prepared tin and bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before turning out. 

    Enjoy with cream or icecream. Yummy and not too bad for you...well, better than the alternative!
