- 500 g Milk
- 125 g Espresso coffee
- 15 g cornflour
- 2 eggs

Break chocolate into pieces and place in bowl. Grate for 10 sec/speed 9. Scrape down side of bowl.
Place milk, cornflour, coffee and eggs into bowl and cook for 7 min/90C/speed 4
Method
Tip
If you don't have esspresso coffee you can sunstitute it with 2-3 teaspoons (to taste) of instant coffee mixed with 125g boiling water.
