I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Mill sugar and Kafir Lime Leaf 10 Secs / Speed 9.
Add Frozen Berries and Chop 30 Secs / Speed 9. Scrap down sides of bowl and repeat 2-3 times.
Insert Butterfly, add Coconut Cream and aerate 1 Min / Speed 4.
Pop into Icy Pole molds and allow to freeze minimum 4 hours or overnight.
Tip
Repeating the chopping of the fruit reduces the pips in it, consider this for fussy children!

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

So sorry for the slow reply... I've been in holiday mode! The Coconut Cream goes in after you've inserted the butterfly. I have updated the recipe for you and others to enjoy! xx

I would like to give this a go too! Sarah Could you please let us know when to add the coconut cream? I am assuming it would be before you put in the butterfly! Thanks
Would really love to give these ago but where does the coconut cream fit into this recipe?
