Milkshake
- 2 Frozen Bananas, chopped into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Raw Cacao
- 2 teaspoon Raw Honey
- 2 tablespoon chia seed (black or white)
- 1 bunch kale sliced thinly
- 500 grams non dairy milk

Put all ingredients into the TMX bowl and gradually increase the speed to speed 9 for 50 seconds.
Pour and serve!
Note: The kale is completly hidden in the choc nana milkshake your kids/husband will not even have a hint its in there!! And the frozen banana creates a creamy texture similar to ice cream. Enjoy!
Tip
Keep ripe bananas in the freezer peeled and quatered ready for immediate smoothie use!
Any milk type works and you can add or modify any of the ingredients. My favourite is an almond coconut blend of milk.
Alway use organic ingredients where possible.

This recipe is not sugar free. Honey is extremely high in fructose which is a sugar. Fruit also has lots of sugar. Recipes that are listed as sugar free should be free from sugar. It is in the name.
