  • 200 grams raw activated almonds
  • 100 grams Coconut, (flaked, desiccated, fresh)
  • 2 litres filtered water
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted

Recipe's preparation

    Mylk
  1. 1. Add almonds, coconut, dates and 1Ltr of water to TM jug and blend on Speed 9 for 1minute.

    2. Add remaining 1 litre of water to jug and mix on Speed 5 for 20seconds.

    3. Strain mylk approximately 1/4 at a time from TM jug through a Nut mylk bag or muslin cloth into a large jug or bowl.

    4. Squeeze as much mylk from nut bag/muslin cloth as you can and empty pulp into separate container (to use in other cooking or freeze for later).

    5. Repeat until you have finished emptying TM bowl.

    6. Put Mylk in fridge and use over 3-4 days.

Tip

Mylk can be frozen into portions if not going to be used within 3-4 days.

Pulp can also be used in other dishes or frozen until ready to be used.
