I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add 200g linseeds to dry TM bowl and grind on SP9 for 30 seconds.
2. Add all ingredients except water and mix on SP6 for 15 seconds.
3. Scrape down sides of bowl and add 70g of water and turn to SP9 for 1 minute watching to make sure you form a vortex with mixture.
4. You may need to slowly add more water through the lid as its mixing until the mixture is mixing well with a vortex forming so you can just see the blades. It needs to be a thick consistency but runny enough to spread over your dehydrator sheets. (You dont have to be too perfect so dont stress too much as it will probably still work either way and each time you make it you will get better)
5. Spread mixture approx double what you would expect your wrap thickness to be (Approx 2mm thick) over 4 dehydrator sheets/trays.
6. Put trays into dehydrator for 1hr on 150 degrees and then turn down to 135 degrees for approx 6-10hrs.
7. Cut each piece in half to get 2 wraps, and 8 in total.
8. Enjoy with fillings of your choice!
Wrap preparation
Tip
You need to keep an eye on the wraps as the dehydrating time can vary.
Turning trays around and moving shelves a couple of times can help with a more even consistency.
