Ingredients

Carrot and Zucchini Frittata

  • 80 grams Tasty cheese
  • 1 onion, halved
  • 20 grams oil
  • 100 grams carrot cut into chunks
  • 100 grams zucchini cut into chunks
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams Milk
  • 80 grams Self Raising Flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grease and line a square cake tin (18cm x 18 cm) and pre-heat oven to 190 degrees C

    Place cheese in TM bowl and grate 8 seconds on speed 8. Set aside

    Add onion and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7

    Add oil and cook for 3 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1

    Add carrot, zucchini and parsley and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5.

    Add eggs, flour, milk, reserved cheese and season to taste and mix 5-10 seconds, reverse, speed 4

    Pour into tin and bake for 20 – 30 minutes until golden
