For the Salad:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2 cups mixed baby greens
1 cup green cabbage, shredded

1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup buttermilk (more if needed for consistency)
Preparation Steps
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
