Pepper jeera tomato rasam
- 2 tsp cumin seed
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 pods garlic
- 2 pods red chilli, dried
- 2 tsp Ghee
- 1 piece tomato, Cut into half, take the riped one
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 litres water
- 1 sprigs coriander stem
- 1/2 sprigs fresh coriander

- Step 1
to the mixing bowl add 2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp pepper, 4 garlic pods, 2 red chilli
cook at 110'c speed 1 without measuring cup for 7 minutes
replace with simmering basket to avoid spluttering - Step 2
now add 2 tsp ghee
1 tomato cut into half
chop 5 second speed 3 - Now add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
500 ml water
coriander stem
cook 15 minutes @110'c without measuring cup and replace with basket to avoid spluttering - Once done add coriander and curry leaf optional and serve hot with rice and ghee

tadka with mustard seeds and hing is optional
