- 70 grams coconut oil
- 15 grams water
- 85 grams honey
- 1 pinches salt
- .25 tsp cinnamon quill
- 35 grams dried apricots
- 85 grams dark chocolate

- Melt coconut oil and set aside
- Place rolled oats, nuts and seeds and pitted dates and
"Blend"
- Add peanut butter, coconut oil, water, honey, salt and cinnomon
"Gentle stir setting"
- Stir through dried apricots and dark chocolate

- Press mixture into a tin lined with baking paper and refrigerate until eaten.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
