- 70 g dark chocolate, broken up into pieces
- 200 g Ripe Avocados
- 60 g cream
- 55 g Maple Syrup, pure
- 20 g Organic Raw Cacao Powder
- 100 g Fresh strawberries, to serve

- Place chocolate into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 8.
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula, then melt 2 min 50 sec/60°C/speed 2 or until melted.
Add avocado, coconut cream, syrup and cacao and blend 10 sec/speed 5.
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and blend 20 sec/speed 6.
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and blend 15 sec/speed 6 or until smooth and creamy. Transfer into 4 glass jars and serve topped with raspberries and whipped cream (optional).

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
