I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add milk into mixing bowl.
200g p/person is generally sufficient.
Heat milk until it reaches 85'C at Speed 1 (this takes only a few minutes)
Then increase speed to 8 for 30 seconds
Spoon teaspoon of instant coffee into mug, or shot of coffee from espresso machine before pouring hot milk into mug.
Done!!!
