Golden Milk

  • 250 grams Milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinches fresh cracked black pepper

Recipe's preparation

    Golden Milk
  1. 1. Add Milk, Turmeric, Coconut Oil, Ginger, pepper and Vanilla Essence to Bowl. Heat on 80 degrees, 5 minutes, Speed 1.

     

    2. Pour into glass and let mixture sit for 5 minutes for flavours to infuse. Add a dash of Maple Syrup for taste. Great for when you have the flu and as an antiflammitory.

    QT. Coconut Milk & Oil.

    If you used Coconut Milk for the Milk, would you still need to add Coconut Oil?

    Yum! I made this yesterday morning just for something different and because I had horrible sinus pain. It was Delicious. I had to make it again today just because of how yummy it was - and I had to make it twice after my picky hubby stole my first mug. Thanks for sharing.
