- 250 gram lemons, Unwashed
- 550 gram sugar cane, Break into around 3cm pieces

- Put two whole lemons into the basket and fill the water until cover the lemons but do not over the maximum line
- 5Mins/40C/Speed4-5
- After washing the lemons, cut the lemons into slices
- 30Mins/120C/
"Counter-clockwise operation" 
"Gentle stir setting" - Once it finished let it cool down a bit then put into small jars.
Wash the lemons
Tip
It can be stored in the fridge for a month. When you want to have a lemon drink, just have the amount you like and mix it with warm water. We drink it to help recovery from the cold.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
