  • 500 grams Pineapple, (1 tin with juice)
  • 500 grams ice
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 --- coconut milk, 1 Tin
  • 200 grams Rum
  • dessicated coconut, (for decorating)

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Grind Sugar, speed 10, 10 seconds

    2. Add Pinaepple & Ice, speed 10, 1 minute

    3. Add Coconut & Rum, mix, speed 3, 7 seconds

    4. Put Dessicated Coconut on plate, wet the rim of the glasses and tip onto coconut

    This recipe tastes amazing and is too easy to drink, because of this I've had to reduce alcohol to 150g! Pantry ingredients I now always have on hand. Friends are really impressed when I serve them this cocktail 🍹

    Is there suppose to be coconut in the recipe?  It isn't listed in the ingredients (apart from for decoration) but it mentions to add it in the method?????

    This was amazing! I used the Coconut milk in the long life milk aisle in Coles and just measured 250grams. This was definitely a winner with the guests.
