- 500 grams ice
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 --- coconut milk, 1 Tin
- 200 grams Rum
- dessicated coconut, (for decorating)

1. Grind Sugar, speed 10, 10 seconds
2. Add Pinaepple & Ice, speed 10, 1 minute
3. Add Coconut & Rum, mix, speed 3, 7 seconds
4. Put Dessicated Coconut on plate, wet the rim of the glasses and tip onto coconut
