Chai Mix
- 200 gram milk powder (whole or skim)
- 2 teaspoons Cardamon, ground
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 1 teaspoon Cloves, ground
- 2 teaspoons all spice, ground
- 1/2 --- cup granulated Splenda

Method
Add all ingredients to TM bowl and mill for 20 sec/sp9
Store mix in an airtight container
To make a Chai Latte for 1 in TM
Add 250gm milk to TM bowl
Add 3 heaped teaspoons of the chai mix
Heat milk for 3 mins/80°c/sp2 with mc in.
If you like frothy milk, gradually turn speed up, for 25 secs/sp8
Pour into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Alternate method
Heat a mug of milk in the microwave, add 3 heaped teaspoons Chai Powder & mix well, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar

to make cinnamon sugar, mix 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon with 2 tablespoons castor sugar.
