This is such a good and easy recipe!
Made this tonight but with onky 400 g of chicken (2ppl)
I didn't adjust the curry powder for this. It was a bit bitey.
But nice with rice.

Cassie the Consultant: Fantastic, I've been making this for years even before my Thermie. Whole family loves it.
This is the easiest meal I have ever made in my Thermi! It's simply delicious and loved by everyone (kids and husband)! Now part of our weekly menu.
Winner winner chicken dinner
I have some Babas Meat Curry Powder in the cupboard, do you think I could use that or would it taste funny?
Wow this was amazing will be making again.
I left out the curry powder so it was just Apricot Chicken and it is delicious! I also added some cornflour after reading the comments to thicken the sauce. So quick and easy, will definitely make again.
Very nice and easy. I added diced carrot and 2 Tbsp of cornflour to thicken.
Very delicious, will be making this again
So simple but delicious. I didn't have any French Onion soup mix so I used TM vege stock. Great result with wild rice and braised Khale to accompany.
