Pizza Dough
- 200 grams almond meal
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
- 25 grams Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 175° C (350° F). Place Parmesan in Thermomix in 1cm blocks and20secs speed 9. Add rest of ingredients and mix together 30 secs speed 4. If the dough seems too wet, you can add a little more cheese or almond flour.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put the ball of dough in the centre.Top with a second sheet of parchment paper and roll out to your preferred thickness. {This dough is super sticky, so don’t forget the parchment paper!} Can be rolled out super thin to make a huge pizza. With these amounts I make 2 small Pizza’s with different toppings.
Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Then add desired toppings and bake another 15 minutes or however you like it.
Tip
Toppings I used:
Pepperoni: Tomato paste base, mozzarella, Parmesan and pepperoni.
Porky Chic: Sugar free BBQ sauce base,pulled pork, red onion, bacon, mozzarella, Parmesan and blue cheese dressing sauce, yummy.
