Ingredients

All-in-one fried Rice

  • 2 carrot, Peeled & chopped
  • 2 zucchini, Peeled & chopped
  • 1 bunches broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, Peeled
  • 150 g bacon, Diced
  • 2 cm ginger, Peeled
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can peas
  • 300 g Jasmine rice
  • 900 g water
  • soy sauce, To taste
  • sesame oil, To taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add onion, garlic & ginger to bowl. Turbo 0.5 seconds. Repeat until desired consistency. Place into varoma.
    2. Add carrot, zucchini, corn, peas, broccoli. Turbo 0.5 seconds. Repeat until desired consistency. Place into Varoma
    3. Add diced bacon into varoma.
    4. Wet baking paper & Place into varoma tray.
    5. Add 3 eggs + a splash of water & salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix on speed 4 for 5 seconds. Place on varoma tray.
    6. Add 300g rice into the steaming basket & rinse until water runs clear.
    7. Add 900g of water into mixing bowl.
    8. Add the basket in. Place lid and varoma with teay on top.
    9. 25 minutes. Varoma. Speed 4.

    When completing check that the egg, rice and vegetables are cooked completely.

    Place all into a large bowl and mix in soy sauce and sesame seed oil. To your taste.

    You can use which ever vegetables you have on hand. Including frozen - you may need to adjust cooking time.

    You can add in chicken or prawns to the vegetables too.
