Ingredients
Toasted Granola
- 100 g almonds
- 50 g Cashews
- 300 grams rolled oats
- 7 portions medjool dates, cut into pieces
- 7 portions Apricot, cut into pieces
- 25 g Chai Seeds
- 50 g sultanas
syrup mixture
- 100 g Honey / Rice malt Syurp
- 20 g coconut oil

- pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
line a 30cm tray with baking paper
1. add almonds and cashews chop for 4 seconds on speed 7
2. scrape down sides
3. add oats, dates, almonds, chai seeds and sultanas and mix on reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" for 20 seconds on speed 3
4. put onto baking tray
5. add honey / rice malt syrup & cocnut oil and heat on 60/1 minutes/ speed 3
6. pour the syrup onto the mixture on the tray and mix with the spatula.
7. bake in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring the mixture every 5 minutes.
8. allow to completely cool, place in airtight container
Tip
add whatever ingredients you enjoy in your granola.
enjoy topped with yoghurt
