Ingredients

Biscuit and fruit no bake fudge cake

  • 1 packages plain biscuits
  • 125 grams Butter
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon condensed milk, see Cookidoo for recipe
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams Coconut
  • 50 grams dried cranberries
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 50 grams sultanas
  • 50 grams Cashews
  • 50 grams dried apricot pieces

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Crush biscuits 6 sec/sped 7

  2. reserve in container you will use for the slice (slice tin or similar)

  3. add 50 grams almonds 4 sec/speed 7 and add to the biscuit mix

  4. 125 g butter, 2 Tbsp Cocoa 2 Tbsp Condensed milk 1 min/37℃/speed 4.5

  5. Scrape down sides of bowl

  6. Add 1 tspn Vanilla extract 1 egg 5 sec/37℃/speed 4.5

  7. Scrape down sides of bowl

  8. add 100 grams Coconut 50 grams dried cranberries 50 grams sultanas 50 grams cashews 50 grams dried spricot pieces

  9. add reserved biscuit/nut mix 40 sec/speed 3

  10. repeat step 9 until mixed remove from bowl and spread in container and set in fridge

Tip

Any dried fruits and nuts can be used, chop nuts in step 3
I use a tupperware slice container to set and store in the fridge
