1. Place garlic and coriander into Mixing Bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7.
2. Add onion and chop 3 sec/speed 5.
3. Scrape down sides of bowl and add remaining ingredients. Chop 5 secs/speed 5.
Summer Breeze Salsa
Tip
This tasty fresh and healthy salsa is perfect to enjoy during summer and the festive season. Quick and easy to make.
Serve with healthy raw tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to any meat or fish dish. Try a spoonful on fresh oysters. Delicious.
Add a fresh chilli (to taste) in Step 2 to turn up the summer heat.
Salsa will keep for a few days in the fridge so you can make it ahead of time.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).
