Ingredients

Biscoff Oatmeal Biscuits

  • 135 g rolled oats
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 119 g Butter, salted
  • 195 g Biscoff spread, crunchy or smooth
  • 113 g Granulated sugar
  • 113 g brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1 Line a tray with parchment paper or silicone mat.

    2 Add rolled oats, flour, bicarb soda, cinnamon and salt to bowl. Mix for 8 seconds at speed 4. Set aside.

    3 Add butter, Biscoff spread, and both sugars to bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at speed 6.
    Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix for a further 15 seconds at speed 4.

    4 Add the dry ingredients to wet mixture and blend for 20 seconds on reverse Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3.

    5 Chill for 30 minutes.

    6 Heat oven to 180°C.

    7 Form the dough into balls and place them 2 inches apart.
    Bake for around 8-10 minutes or until biscuits are golden and just firm around the edges.

    8 Cool for 5 minutes on tray then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

Total time does not include chilling dough.
