Pulp the peeled oranges on speed 8 for 20 seconds.
2. Drain the oranges through the steamer basket and set juice aside to drink.
3. Put the pulp back into the TMX bowl and add all other ingrediebts.
4. Mix on speed 6 for 20 seconds.
5. Pour into prepared cake tin and bake at 150 degrees for 1 hour. Depending on your oven, you may need more time as the mixture is very wet.
Tip
The pulp in my cake was the byproduct of making cordial, following the recipe in the EDC, oranges instead of berries and more of them.
