    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Love it! Thanks for a great recipe. It worked well, even for me! Don't think it will all last until Christmas.

This recipe was lots of fun to make with my daughter and delicious to eat! I didn´t have enough milk chocolate so made up the remainder with white chocolate and it still worked beautifully. I accidently bought cherry flavoured candy canes, which worked well, but I think the mint flavour would be even better. Yummo!

It is very delicious and looks aweosme - I think i made mine a bit thick as i only have enough for 6 lots with about 5 piees in each - that is my fault though, I am not a baker/slicer/sweet maker so am operating blind lol

    Hi Bec.rey77,

I hope you had a chance to make it for Christmas Day. It should work fine with the silicone products however placing it is the fridge should stop it from sticking to the paper. When I like a tray with baking paper I almost origami it. I fold it the length ways to fit neatly in the pan, then fold the short ends. I do something like hospital corners on the corners to sit it neatly in the pan. Good luck!

This looks delicious and I plan to make it for Christmas Day. I never have any luck with baking paper though - gets stuck to everything when I've tried it and I end up with bits of paper stuck all over the food! has anyone tried this (or other chocolate based treats) in a silicon cake container? Thanks in advance
