has this issue been fixed as i cannot for the life of me get my view back to the way it was on my ipad

This is happening to me again on my iPhone. I have my Thermomix with me at our beach house and am unable to access "my recipes " in my saved recipes on the recipe community. Is anyone else having these problems?

I'm still having problems on my iPad, anyone else? I can't see my full list of recipe collections when I go to add a recipe to my collections. The list is half hidden in the corner.

Thank you Charmaine and the Thermomix team for rectifying the problem so quickly. I love my new kitchen wizard but what I really appreciate is good follow up and service.

i am new to thermomix. I am looking for some advice for the Mystery soup. I had the lentils and they are always lumpy unless I purée. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Feeling very fustrated with the new layout!!!

I can't see anything this morning, the page is there, and some stuff is there but the formatting is all wrong. I'm using Chrome if that helps. Happy to provide a screen capture to illustrate the problem if it might help.

The tech team is currently looking into resolving the issues relating to the latest iOS upgrade, which has caused accessing/functionality issues for members of Recipe Community accessing the site via iPad, iPhone etc.

Hi I have just bought a Thermomix and love it. All was working fine until a few days when the recipes started scrambling just as you all describe. I had just written to Thermomix  a few minutes ago when I noticed these posts. I'm so happy that it's not only me!!  It only happens when logged in , not as a visitor. Hopefully it will be rectified soon. 

Now I can't even see the list of ingredients on my iphone. It's as if there is an invisible box covering part of it..

Has anyone from the actual website said if this is going to be fixed? I cant see any recipes properly either. The ingredient list is cut off. Very annoying! I have a couple of recipes I really want to try out!

Very frustrating, why change something that is working well!  The website designer needs to make sure all changes prior to uploading are useable through all media. 

Having trouble reading recipes, all doubled up... Please fix!!!!!!

Whats happening with the community recipes? they are all over the place and cant get all the ingredients

I totally agree, I have the same problem with my phone and iPad, it's frustrating! Please change it back!!! 

I am so glad that it is not just me...very frustrating though since a lot of the recipes I use are from the community page. Has this problem been fixed yet?

My iPad is doing the same thing, can't create a shopping list if I can't see the ingredients! 

Having the exact same problems. Set to make a few recipes today from online (saved off into my collections) and it's not a good look. Please fix!  I love this website.

I am having the same problem, I thought it was my computer, please fix it!

I'm having the same problem too on my iPad.  Hope they sort it out quickly as I don't print recipes either so will be stuck tomorrow when I do school lunches cooking for the week.

I only have the "overlapping" problem when I log on.  When I view recipes as a visitor there's no problem.  Have viewed the new format previously, but just today this problem has arisen.

Yup! Same problem here. It's impossible to use it as it Is. 

Yes!!! Same......I knew it wasn't my iPad playing up, noticed this last night and again today, must be a glitch on the website, very frustrating I was trying to look at that recipe of the day, but half of it was missing!

I have also found that recipes are doubled up and that links are not functioning.  Frustrating!

Holy crap the format has changed again, just as we were all getting used to the former one. This one is definitely not an improvement though, surely changes should be for the better and ease of use. Please bring back the other one if possible. Not a fan, how do others out there feel?
