I have heaps of dough in the freezer and it works great once defrosted. I actually prefer it as I can get a nice thin crust if I don't knead it again and use it slightly cold. If I'm in a rush though I just make fresh as waiting for it to rise is actually quicker than defrosting

Yes, you can freeze pizza dough. 

 Let the dough rise once before freezing it. 

Allow frozen dough to thaw and warm to room temperature prior to baking for the best result.

I am anew chum and have made my first batch of herb pizza dough.... lovely and easy!, I am impressed but.... There is only my husband and me and I made 2 batches...cause I expected the first one might fail, I added the yeast in the wrong order after the flour...... But to my surprise, it rose and multiplied and I had the second mix in the thermomix so now I have 4 batches .... Will have one tonight,  so thermo mixers out in the internet, can I freeze the dough!,,,,,, I am 70 and am so pleased with my new kitchen helper, love it  Thanks for any help barbsdc.
