HI

just reading your comment for the first time:

when I chop lemongrass i feed it through the lid vertically, in long peices, once the machine is up to speed.

Hi, we love curries and making them in our new TM31 but continue to struggle to chop the lemongrass well enough so its not stringie or woody... am I just getting old crappy lemongrass, or is there a TM hint you can help me with to chop it up enough so it doesnt make the texture of the curries weird?

thanks in advance,

Jen
