Forum C144 Error

It was due to the office being closed over Christmas and New Year, with a very small staff being available for some assistance during this time frame. If you would like to wait until next week for the office to be open for normal trading hours then we can organise someone to contact you and sort out your error.

Why has my request for assistance been put back to me to contact or forward request on when other members requests have been forwarded to the appropriate place and told they will be contacted by someone to help them rectify their problem ?

Hi, my Tm5 is coming up with error code C144 , I have repositioned the lid many many times. Please help me rectify this

My TM5 has just ticked over 12 months old and I am in the middle of making sauce and now it won't work - C144 error keeps coming up.

Ive repositioned the lid a billion times!!

I have aTM5 and am now receiving both error codes c144 and c160.

If I reposition the lid and can sometimes get past the c144 code, but then receive the c160 code.

I can no longer use my machine.

 Please advise me on how to fix this problem.

Well sorta glad to see I'm not alone. I'm 60 minutes into following the silverside receipe and bang! i get the C144 error. Tried re-positioning the lid and jug 100 times and it still keeps coming up.

What do I do with my half cooked silverside?

And more importantly, how do I get my thermomix fixed? I wont survive even a day with it.

Mine keeps doing this. I can not cook at all. It's not even two months old. I have followed the prompts and still the error comes up. 

I just got this error as well. What causes it? Did I do somthing wrong?

Have both Error codes c144 and c160. Whilst cooking silverside. This is the only oral food my daughter eats....
