I just use the GF bread recipe in the GF cookbook (Cyndi's bread) and use 2 large tsp baking powder instead of the yeast. It's lovely! Smile

Also in the Guten free cookbook there are recipes for Savoury flat bread, Blueberry and bannana bread, almond bread, that do not contain yeast.

Not a day goes by I don't use my thermomix!

I googled and found this:

http://veganza.com/2007/10/01/updated-recipes-for-gluten-freeyeast-free-pizza-bread/

I'd convert the bread steps to thermie by:

1. Put all dry ingriedients in to a very dry bowl. Use 3-4 turbo spurts to emulate sifting them together.

2. Add wet ingriedients and mix speed 7 about 10 seconds.

3. Use knead function for about 20-30 seconds.

Follow from step 6 of the instructions on the site.

Good luck.

:)   My mum said she will buy a Thermomix if I can give her a recipe for yeast free gluten free bread. I tried to create a loaf but it was as hard as rock. Does anyone know of a good recipe please? Mum likes sunflower seeds and might like something like a brown rice and sunflower seed loaf but I just need to convert a recipe. Any hints much appreciated. Thank you SO much . . .
