Hi, I just have had this error! Last night. Waiting to hear ....I've only had my machine a week.
Hi all,
I had finally made the jump into the thermo world, and recieved my machine last Monday the 21st. Just in time for Christmas and all the cooking involved for that holiday, - time saving hopeful ! The consultant and I were making the veggie stock and completing the last bend on speed 9 when (to what I think) the machine blew up! Ever Since its showed a C153 error and will not allow me to prepare anything with it. As soon as the error comes up it will completely shut down..
My consultant has organised to have another base sent out to replace this 'dud' model. I'm happy with that but am very uncertain on the future of having a thermo if receiving one and then within 1 hour it's completely shutting down and unable to use again. Paying over 2k for an item at Christmas time to then receive it and have no guarantee on reliable performance. I was shocked as all I've ever heard was raving reviews!
I'm just questioning if many others have had this same error and if it was days, weeks, months, or years after first receiving..
