Hi Chiggy
Thanks for query. Varoma temperature just means 120C. It is the next one up from 120C on the tempertaure gauge, just turn the temperature all the way up to Varoma. And yes you can use this temperature even when you aren't using the actual Varoma.

Im a new Thermie user and I am still getting used to everything... Silly question time! What does it mean when a recipe says set temp to Varoma, 95 Deg? Even if Im not using the Varoma.... Thanks!
