Hi Fugly

A lot can depend on how much you are wanting to reheat and if the broth is coming from the fridge or is room temperature.

A guide is if coming from the fridge: 1000g for 10 min/90C/speed 1 if room temperature should only take about 5 minutes.

Can someone suggest temp and time to reheat a broth ?

Dont want to lose all the nutrients.
