Yes we do suggest that you still rinse your quinoa when cooking it in the Thermomix. As you still want to remove the bitterness from it before cooking it.

I have always rinsed Quinoa before cooking - stove top method. This removes the Saponin (natural coating) which can make the cooked Quinoa bitter or taste 'soapy'.
So should I do this when I cook in my TM5?
