For me, beef mince is right at home in great spaghetti bolognese. But I also reacently adapted this beef stir fry http://www.maggi.com.au/Recipes/Sweet-Chilli-Beef-with-Hokkien-Noodles recipe and with beef mince (I was trying to use up ingredients in the fridge), and it was amazing.
