I have had the same problem, I looked up for videos on youtube and this helped heaps https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FveqjpehElM I think perhaps you definately need to use floury potatoes and it looks like baking them would be better. I want one of those gnocchi boards (next project for hubby to help me with)

You need to use potatoes with a very low water content or old potatoes from memory. Ive not made it in the TM yet though, so I am unsure as to why it would have not worked apart from the water content aspect

Hi everyone, I have had a bit of "sticky" moment with my thermy, I attempted to make gnocchi but ended up with a gooey mess that ended up in the bin, I followed the recipe to a tee, where did I go wrong? Help please. Thanks :)
