Ingredients

Biscuit Base

  • 2 packages Original oreos, l used the packets that have 3 sealed packages inside (2 boxes needed)
  • 100 grams Butter or Margarine, Room Tempreture

Creamy Centre

  • 250 grams cream cheese, Room Tempreture
  • 3 tablespoons Fullcream milk, Cold
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 1 can Dairy Whip Cream

Topping

  • 2 packages Instant Chocolate Pudding
  • 700 grams full cream milk, Cold
  • 1 --- Cadbury Flake, broken up

Recipe's preparation

    Biscuit Base
  1. Place 35 cookies (oreos) into the TM Bowl.

    Put on 5 seconds Speed7 makes a fine crumb mixture.

    Put 100 grams of cubed butter into TM bowl.

    Put on 3 minutes 100* Speed 1. 

    Tip mixture into a springform round cake tin and press into base then place in fridge to set.

     

     

  2. Creamy Centre.

    Put the cream cheese into the TM Bowl (no need to clean bowl from last part gives more flavor).

    3 minutes on speed 6.  Use spatula and scrap down sides.

    Add to mix milk and sugar.

    15 seconds on speed 3.

    Then spray into a cup measure a heaped amount of Dairy whip cream and add to mixture.

    10 seconds on speed 3.

    Spread this evenly over the biscuit base.

  3.  

    Topping.

    Put in whisk.

    Place 2 packets of the Instant pudding mixtures into the TM Bowl with the milk.

    1 minute on speed 4,Spread over the creamy middle and spread the broken flake bar over the top.

    Put in fridge to firm up and when you are ready spray some of the Diary whip cream around the top for decoration.

    Yum!

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
