Beautifully refreshing! Took to a party in my thermoserver (lychees & mint) but mixed the bubbly in by hand after I got there. Wish I took more!
Deliciously refreshing, made this last night for my friends. Thank you for sharing.
This was a hit - have made it a few times. Nice and refreshing flavous. A great way to use up some not so fancy sparkling....
thx
Delicious!
I used a can of lychees (can size was 567g in total - 255g drained weight) - froze the syrup in ice cube trays and froze the lychees in a container
Big hit ! I made this in the thermomix, popped into thermoserver with some ice cubes (water) and then put the thermoserver into a cooler bag and travelled to a bbq about 45 minutes drive - it was still tasty and icy !
I made this without mint.
Such an affordable cocktail to share.
What a delicious cocktail!
