2 small jars
- 500 grams mango flesh
- 200 grams sugar
- 1 piece lemon (a full small one), cut in half

500 grams of Mango
200 grams of sugar
1 small lemon cut in half
Put all into the bowl, simmer basket on top. Cook 15 minutes Varoma (100 degrees if using strawberries).
Bottle into clean sterilised jars. This will make one large jar or 2 smaller ones.
FRUIT JAM
Tip
Any fruit works well in this recipe. I have used Rhubarb, Strawberries, Kiwi fruit, Mango.
I also cover the top of the jar with Glad Wrap before screwing on the lid. Then stand upside down until cool.
